I didn’t feel fully recovered after my Sunday off, possibly because I went to a friend’s wedding on Saturday and went to sleep around 2:00 AM. Still, I started with a typical run of 1.6 km, which also included a 100-meter sprint at the end. However, I’ll have to delay another sprint training session until the second half of the week since today I still felt serious soreness in some muscles related to sprinting.
Ok, then I proceeded with my training:
- Single Leg Squats (x12)
- Parallel Bar Dips (x30)
- Parallel Bar Leg Raises (x12)
- Heavy Ball Throws (x12)
I did everything in that order three times (x3). It took me around 26 minutes to complete the full workout.
During the day, I finally decided to order some supplements and vitamins. I noticed during my workout on Saturday that my heart rate exceeded 170 from time to time, which is not normal for me during medium-intensity training, so I figured it was because of end-of-the-week fatigue. So it’s time to try some multivitamins and electrolytes.
