I was pretty surprised that my legs felt pretty OK this morning. Of course, my body gets tired as the week goes on, so this Friday I did a kind of easy or pleasant workout. A 1 km warm-up run and then 3 sets of the following:
30 dips
30 shoulder taps
13 leg raises
I finished with 15 diamond push-ups and 20 pull-ups. Not a lot of push-ups compared to the usual 50-60 regular ones, but it’s been several years since I tried diamond push-ups, and they are kind of uncomfortable for my wrists. I might not be used to it, or maybe I’m just doing it wrong. Or a combination of both.
All in all, it took a bit less than 30 minutes. Also, the mornings have gotten colder (~10 degrees Celsius), so it might be effective for recovery to take a plunge in the river tomorrow.
