2024/06/08 – training #6 (6/6 weekly)

I woke up an hour later—it was planned since I went to sleep after midnight. I felt more sleepy than usual, so I went for a slightly longer run of 3.33 km. Then my training got interrupted as I suddenly needed to go to the bathroom, so I ran home. Since I didn’t have much time, I had to finish the training at home. Here is what I did:

40 lunges
20 squats (stopped due to strange pain in the knees that started during lunges, I’ll come back to this on Monday)
65 push-ups (at once, of course)
240-second plank (well, less than 240 seconds; I’m counting in my head, so it is probably less)
So that was basically my first 30 minutes of Saturday. I’m off to a pretty full family weekend and some rest. I will probably play some padel though.

In the afternoon, I did play padel for nearly 3 hours. The matches weren’t intense, but I still managed to get almost 30k steps by the end of the day. It was a pretty active Saturday.
