2024/06/10 – training #7 (1/6 weekly)

Mondays can be difficult. Only during the second half of the run did I start feeling more or less positive about the upcoming day. I ran for almost 3 km. Then the rest of the training:

Single leg squats (x13)
Shoulder taps (x30)
Dips (x30)

Three sets of each and finished with 40 lunges to see if my knees are alright—it seems they’re alright. A bit more running prolonged the training, so I spent almost 40 minutes. But it’s Monday; you need a little bit more for a good start to the week.

Also played 2 hours of padel in the evening. It was kind of mini-tournament, so it was more intense as a training.
