Morning Training Session
End of the week, and it’s harder to get out of bed. Although my muscles aren’t that sore, you can feel the overall fatigue setting in. It’s also tough on my legs—I need to do more stretching and rolling, as it is my weakest point.
Today, it was a dark and rainy morning, so I decided to take a longer run through the old town. I covered 4.3 km in 27 minutes and finished with 65 push-ups. When you dedicate your morning routine to running, there isn’t much else you can do with limited time. But that’s OK; muscles need the rest, and running is kind of guilt-free rest.
Weekend Plans
My family and I are heading to a countryside resort today with a bunch of friends for the weekend. I’m sure my sleeping discipline will suffer, but I’m planning to do a quick bodyweight workout and take a plunge in the lake on Saturday morning. The weather will probably be pretty chilly, so it shouldn’t be too pleasant or easy.
