2024/06/18 – training #14 (2/6 weekly)

Significant improvement in my physical condition this morning, although still felt somewhere around 60-70%. But that’s good enough to start, maybe just a little slower. My tired legs are still a major problem, so once again I ran only 1 km for warm-up. And the training went as follows:

  • Hanging leg raises 3×12
  • Dips 2×32
  • Push-ups x50
  • Lunges x26
  • Battle Ropes 3×50 seconds

The number of lunges is strange and small—it’s because my knee once again refused to finish the exercise. Not sure what is happening with my left knee, but the pain was too strong to even go to 30 reps. I tried a simple bodyweight squat next, but managed to get 5 or 6. I’ll give it some time and probably try the same exercise at the end of the week. It’s strange since I don’t feel pain while walking or running. All in all, it was a 34-minute workout (including some stretching). Going to do more stretching and foam rolling today.

Update on Vitamins

It’s been two weeks since I started regularly taking vitamin C, electrolytes, and multivitamins. To be honest, the only difference I felt is the number of times I go to the bathroom and thus a slight headache in the morning due to dehydration. I’m guessing that’s the reason. So I’m cutting the multivitamin supplement from 3 pills to 2 pills and see if I’ll notice any difference.
