Not a typical workout today—a couple of friends joined me in the park. I started later than usual, at 08:00 AM, and I noticed that the later I start, the easier it gets to train. However, it’s not about the workout being easier, of course. I decided that the goal of my training will be to get to 100 pull-ups. So here’s the workout:
- 1.6 km run to the spot
- 100 pull-ups (6×15 and 1×10)
- 175 dips (7×25)
- 175 squats (7×25)
It took us around an hour. I know, pretty long for the work I did, but it was more of a social workout session—we talked a lot and simply had a good time. I love these rare occasions when I can train with my close friends. Also, at such low intensity, it’s very hard to get to your limit. As you can notice, the reps remained the same throughout the whole workout. I was pretty happy about my left knee—pain was gone, and I was able to do squats. Now, rest time.
