Rainy morning here today, as usual, I spent more time running. Running seems the most appropriate when it’s raining or snowing. People think it’s uncomfortable, but it’s probably even easier, especially in the summer when it’s just easier to breathe and cooler.

- Heavy ball throws 3×15
- Battle ropes 3×45 sec
- Leg raises 3×15
Again, I concentrated mostly on the core and cardio. I have a gym workout and sprint training planned for Friday, so I want my main muscles to be fully ready for it. I think it’s a decent ambition or short-term goal to hit my personal best in the bench press at the beginning of Autumn. It makes the training process a bit more interesting, although I am planning only small changes in my overall daily routine.
