Quick update on todays routine:
- Around 5 minutes in the river early in the morning
- Streching afterwards, priority on legs
A bit after 12:00 went kayaking for about 8-9km.
Not a demanding activity, especially at a pace of mostly party people. Still, a different exercise for a change.
Tomorrow is a rest day, but probably I’ll start it the same way I did today.
