2024/08/03 – training #53 (6/6 weekly)

very short update today. It’s tournament day, so as planned, recovery routine:

  • 1km wake-up run
  • 2min in still pretty cold river

We are leaving early so that’s it. It was rather nice to run without a vest, already there is a feeling of lightness in my legs and shoulders.

For the workout – I believe at least 2 hours of padel!
