My regular routine was interrupted for two reasons. First of all, I played a lot of padel on Saturday, around 3.5 hours to be exact. Since it was a tournament, it was intensive, possibly the most intensive I have ever played. After that, we walked a lot and stood for several hours at an Ed Sheeran concert. So quite a lot, especially for my legs. When I woke up on Sunday, I realized that it would be a good idea to give my body some rest on Monday too.
That was the plan, but just to make sure, I also had food poisoning sometime Sunday afternoon. Now it’s Monday afternoon here, and my stomach is still in bad shape. I hope it will be alright tomorrow morning. I’m kind of sleepy during the day without my morning routine.
