Wanted to say that it’s been more than a week since I did normal circuit training routine, but actually I trained for almost an hour on Saturday. Not that long ago, but it feels like it. People say that it is Covid that is going around now, but nowadays you have to treat it as flu, in my case – very mild one. So yes, today I had a pretty decent workout (everything with 15kg vest):
- 1.5km run
- Hanging leg raises 3×10
- Push-ups 3×20
- Triceps dips 3×20
- Plank 3x60sec
30 minutes workout. Still didn’t want to go all-in at this point, but it was good especially after a run home and climbing 10 flights of stairs – you feel that you worked-out.
Also I am still doing horse stance – now I am at 160 seconds. After I hold it for that long, last two times I just laid down on the grown before getting up. But again, I don’t remember an exercise that had such a noticeable positive impact in such a short time.
