Last two mornings I switched to new routine. It’s super light, basicaly a vacation mode. I wake up at around 08:00 (after 8 hours of sleep, I go to sleep a little later), go for a plunge i the river. Today I did 50 push-ups after that. Tried horse stance, but it was too painful. Maybe because I just woken up, never tried this one this early.
I played some beah tennis yesterday, probably will play today. So some activity, but mostly recovery both in physical and mental sense.
