It’s a short one—I did what I had planned. Woke up sore and kind of ill, though I still kept up with my discipline of waking up early. However, instead of working out, I just laid down and did some foam rolling and stretching. I opened the balcony door wide to get some fresh air and put on some slow jazz music. It was actually a pretty nice start to the morning. My muscles and blood flow were activated without any fatigue.
I didn’t feel lazy because I skipped my usual workout, and that’s a good thing. Morning workouts usually keep my mood and energy levels up, and mentally it’s very hard to skip them. However, waking up on time and doing at least something useful seems like a good alternative for now.
