It’s been a week since my last normal workout. I wrote less because there was simply nothing noteworthy to write about. I woke up at the same time as usual, stretched, and foam rolled every day. But today, I went outside:
- 3 km run
- 2×30 dips
- 2×10 hanging leg raises
- 40 lunges
- 30 push-ups
It was a warm-up kind of workout. The run felt pretty good, although I pushed myself a bit harder than usual—recorded an average of 146 bpm, with a 6:30 min/km pace. That’s good for me, although I probably started too fast.
I’m still unsure if the week off helped. My legs still feel strange, and my shoulder is still bad. Overall, I’m motivated to start working out again, but I suspect it’s only because I know the alternative is worse. So, we’ll see how it goes.
